Michael Denigan Sr. has been a business owner since taking over his family’s flower shop in 1968. He branched into real estate in 1980 and has become a leader in Northern Kentucky single family home building. Property Leasing and Lease Option Purchases have been an integral part of the business. Mike began building his portfolio of rental homes in 1980. It is because of this experience that Mike and Josh were able to work with their team to develop the Landlord Liberator™ Property Management System. Mike has become a valuable resource to new investors and property owners in the greater Cincinnati Area.

Josh and his wife Candace make their home in Northern Kentucky. Josh has followed his father’s lead into the homebuilding industry. Josh is the Construction Manager for the company and also owns his own portfolio of rental properties. He manages all of the rehab projects and negotiates the purchase of homes to rehab. Josh has had hands-on experience for over 20 years, building his first rental home from scratch when he was just 16 years old.

Sherri is the office/property manager. Sherri and her family live in Walton, Kentucky. Sherri has excellent customer service skills with over 24 years experience. She sees to it that the tenants’ needs are met and that maintenance issues are taken care of in an expedient and efficient manner. Sherri screens the tenants, collects rents, makes owner payments and handles the day to day operations of our office. She also publishes the Tenant’s Newsletter and manages all tenant communication.

I would recommend Mr. Denigan’s services for “lease option” properties. In 2011, I could not sell my house after it was on the market for 5 months.  I could no longer afford the payment as a single parent.  Therefore, I was looking for an alternative way to keep my good credit ratings, but sell my home. Mr. Denigan offered a program to me.  He would locate a potential buyer that would move into my house.  The buyer would pay my monthly mortgage; with intend to buy the house, (lease to buy).  Mr. Denigan took care of the communications between the renters and paying the mortgage.
